These slate charcuterie boards are made from natural stone with a cork base. The slate measures 11 3/4 by 9 inches.
The slate is treated with a coating of Howard brand cutting board oil (food-safe mineral oil). As the finish dulls, re-coat with mineral oil or a food-grade wax. Wash with warm, soapy water and rinse. Do not soak in water or wash in a dishwasher.
