I have been looking for the “perfect coffee” for some time now and I’ve finally found it! This Sumatra Mandheling dark roast is my new favorite. This dark coffee has a wonderful aroma and a full-bodied, perfectly balanced flavor that I enjoy black. I’ve never been to the Heart Rock Coffee Shop in person–in fact, I don’t even live in MN! I only happened to discover this shop because I found and bought one of their ceramic coffee scoops at a local antique store–and that led me to discover delicious coffee! I’m happy I found Heart Rock Coffee and I’m very glad to be able to support a great small business such as this.
